Prior to joining Targeted Leadership as Director of Business Development, Mr. Santelises served as a Managing Director for Deutch Consulting Group, a management consulting firm that provides corporate training and change management advisory services to organizations in need of large-scale interventions. He began his career as a regional marketing manager with the K-12 textbook division of the Southwest Publishing Company, where he served for five years working closely with teachers, principals, and parents to obtain their feedback on ways to improve K-12 textbooks and study aids. He Holds a B.S. in Financial Engineering from The City of University of New York.
