They are expert facilitators and coaches who understand the challenges of leading improvement efforts in culturally and linguistically diverse settings.

Ms. Stiles is the current principal at Jasper Place High School in Edmonton, Canada and a consultant with Targeted Leadership. She has a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Political Science and Economics from the University of Alberta and has completed a year of French studies in Montpellier, France to become fluent in French. She was a graduate from the first class of the French Immersion After Degree program in Education at the University of British Columbia.
Ms. Stiles has been an educator for 23 years and has taught and been a principal at the Elementary, Junior, and Senior High School levels. Jean was named one of "Canada's Most Outstanding Principals" in 2007 and was the recipient of the Learning Partnership's National Award. She was inducted into Canada's National Principal Academy in 2007. Her current high school, Jasper Place, has a very diverse population with programs ranging from International Baccalaureate and Advanced Placement to the Registered Apprenticeship Program. The school hosts a large ESL population and has successfully included special needs students into the school. Staff promote a welcoming environment for all.
