Karen Waggoner
Operations
Karen Waggoner has a Bachelor's degree in history and for the past eight years has worked in various sectors of the healthcare industry. Most recently, she worked as a Financial Counselor in hospitals, helping patients without insurance pursue Medicaid, Disability, and Financial Assistance.
Ms. Waggoner oversees the business operations of Targeted Leadership Consulting.
