performing with effective training, coaching and support. Dramatic
improvement is possible by developing the capacity of current staff
and realigning existing resources.
3) Student learning improves when
teachers implement evidence-based, high leverage instructional
practices. Powerful professional learning is essential for helping
teachers develop this instructional expertise.
4) The goal of our work is to develop
sufficient capacity within the organization in order to sustain the
work long after Targeted Leadership Consulting has concluded its
